Under the sweet scent of September osmanthus, Delton Technology successfully held its 2026 Thanksgiving-themed Teachers’ Day event on September 10 at both the Guangzhou and Thailand sites. With the theme “Pass On the Spark, Empower Each Other,” the event brought together company leaders, in-house trainers, management trainee mentors, and trainee representatives to pay warm tribute to all mentors for their knowledge-sharing and dedicated on-the-job coaching.

At the Guangzhou venue, a touching opening video featured 2026 management trainees expressing sincere gratitude to their mentors. This was followed by the fun game “Guess Who It Is.” Five outstanding mentor representatives from different departments took the stage amid laughter and applause, representing lean management, processes, quality, R&D, and strategic planning.

A management trainee representative from the Research Institute shared his growth story. He thanked his mentors for their patient guidance and promised that all trainees would pass on the knowledge they had gained. Mentor representative Manager Huang also shared his mentoring insights, noting that mentorship passes down not only know-how, but also responsibility and professional spirit.

Mr. Peng, Deputy General Manager of the R&D Center, extended his thanks to all trainers and mentors for their extra efforts in talent development. He called on everyone to stay fact-driven, keep an open mind, and stay curious — breaking conventional thinking and drawing cross-industry inspiration to maintain competitiveness amid fast-changing technologies.

The company will further optimize its talent-training system and build a culture that values teaching and mutual progress. Trainers and mentors are expected to keep sharing their expertise and cultivate more talent for the company's high-quality development.

The event concluded with a group photo. With sunflowers in hand, all mentors captured the warm moments of this year's Teachers' Day.

Meanwhile, Delton Thailand expressed appreciation to local in-house trainers and Chinese-Thai bilingual mentors by distributing festive gifts. Though the two sites are far apart, the respect for mentorship shines just as brightly overseas.

"The 2026 Thanksgiving-themed Teachers' Day event has come to a wonderful end. Happy Teachers' Day! See you next year!"
