On August 1, Delton Technology welcomed its first-ever Family Day. Families gathered at the Guangzhou plant, stepping into the workplace and into the story of Delton's growth. From the moment they arrived, families received customized itinerary cards, exclusive family ID badges, and a cozy afternoon tea.  Every thoughtful detail made them feel welcome and at home.

Guided by friendly staffs, they toured the office areas and production workshops. They walked through tidy workspaces and well-organized production lines, observed advanced equipment and standardized processes, and gained a real sense of what their loved ones do every day. For many, it was a firsthand look at the dedication and hard work that shape each ordinary workday.

After the tour, a guest speaker shared Delton's growth story, culture, and people-first philosophy. A fun and accessible session on circuit boards followed, bringing the company's smart manufacturing strength to life without technical jargon. Both children and adults left with new knowledge and fresh perspectives. The event also featured a staff member's family representative — an outstanding gaokao student — who shared her study experience and expressed her heartfelt support for her parent's commitment to work.

Talent Show, Shining Stars

The family talent show was a highlight of the day, full of energy and heart. Young performers took the stage with confidence, delivering a vibrant lineup of songs, hip-hop dances, and elegant classical performances. Though young, their presence was unmistakably captivating, drawing warm applause and cheers from the audience.

Between acts, a lively clown magic show brought even more laughter and joy to the room. The playful performance and interactive moments had both children and adults smiling from ear to ear, adding a touch of wonder and delight to the day and capturing many heartwarming memories.

Bonding Time, Shared Joy

As the talent show came to a close, the fun shifted to parent-child interactive games. In the ball-carrying relay, families teamed up for a friendly competition that brought parents and children closer through cooperation and shared effort. Meanwhile, the DIY mosquito repellent sachet station was a hit — families worked together to create their own unique summer sachets. These handmade keepsakes became a special reminder of a day filled with warmth and togetherness.

To close the event, the company prepared thoughtful gift bags for every family. With hands full of gifts and hearts full of joy, families left with wonderful memories, bringing a perfect close to the first Delton Family Day.
