Youth joins Delton, technology shapes the future. On July 3, 42 management trainees of the 2026 cohort officially joined Huangshi Delton, bringing with them enthusiasm and aspiration and injecting fresh energy into this manufacturing hub. As the first group of externally recruited management trainees at Huangshi Delton, their journey has been rich with learning and personal growth. From in‑depth theoretical learning in the classroom to hands‑on practice on the production lines, every trainee has made the identity shift from “campus elites” to “working professionals”. Now, let’s look back at this journey and celebrate the highlights of their intensive training phase.
Building a Strong Theoretical Foundation
The intensive training program is divided into two main phases: classroom instruction and hands-on workshop practice. Centered on systematic theoretical empowerment, the lecture sessions focus on workplace adaptation, professional expertise, corporate culture, rules and regulations, and industry insights, building a comprehensive and multi‑dimensional knowledge framework for the new management trainees.

Adopting a four‑dimensional model covering corporate‑culture building, mindset adjustment, instructor‑led lectures and on‑site factory tours, the training eases new hires’ unfamiliarity with factories and production workflows. It helps them construct a clear knowledge framework, and guides them in shifting their thinking from "why" to "how to solve" — laying a solid cognitive foundation for their upcoming hands-on practice.
Rooted in the Workshop – Forging Practical Skills
If classroom instruction is about building theoretical knowledge, then workshop practice is where that knowledge is put to the test — a critical phase of hands-on learning and capability building. This phase takes trainees out of the classroom and into the heart of the production floor for an immersive, on-the-ground experience.
From unfamiliar to proficient, from theory to practice, trainees progress through a five-step cycle: study the documents, practice the standards, operate the equipment, review and reflect, and earn certification. This process not only sharpens their hands-on skills and process knowledge but also cultivates disciplined work habits and a deep respect for quality through daily on-the-job training. By the end of this phase, they have completed the transformation from “theoretical learner” to “practitioner on the ground” — gaining solid frontline experience and a professional foundation that will serve them well in future technical or management roles.
