To support the rapid development of our new plants and strengthen the frontline management talent pipeline,, the opening ceremony of the 2026 Reserve Team Leader Training Camp was held at the Guangzhou plant on June 9.
The Human Resources Department first gave a detailed overview of the training program. Spanning two months, the program is divided into two phases: "Basic Capabilities and Job-Skill Knowledge Learning" and "Real-World Work Scenario Practice." The program includes comprehensive assessments such as theoretical exams, practical reports, and HR interviews. Participants who pass the assessments will be directly added to the company's frontline management reserve talent pool, with this training serving as a mandatory qualification for team leader promotion. In addition, they will receive incentives such as job-level upgrades and skill-based salary adjustments. All participants are expected to fully commit and complete the program with dedication.
The ceremony featured special addresses from three distinguished guests: Mr. Jin, Director of the Manufacturing System at Guangzhou Plant 1; Mr. Yang, Director of the Manufacturing System at Guangzhou Plant 2; and Mr. Shen, Director of the Group Human Resources Center. Each shared their unique perspective, offering valuable guidance and a powerful morale boost to the trainees.
Mr. Jin: "Lead by Example — Be a Role Model for Your Team."

Mr. Jin shared his personal growth story with genuine emotion, recounting his journey from the frontline to a management role. He encouraged the reserve candidates to seize this opportunity, hold themselves to high standards in their daily work, and earn the trust and respect of their teams through real action.
Mr. Yang: "Value the Platform — Recognize the Importance of Team Leaders."

Mr. Yang structured his address around three key points.
First, the company is in a phase of rapid growth, with new plant construction and capacity expansion driving an urgent need for talent. Everyone in this room has been selected as a top performer from their respective processes — so make the most of this invaluable learning opportunity.
Second, the team leader role is crucial. For new employees, their team leader is often the very first person they meet and rely on — serving as a guiding force in shaping their professional mindset, work habits, and sense of belonging.
Third, the company provides an excellent learning platform — systematic courses, hands-on coaching, and assessment incentives — all designed to accelerate your growth. Take the initiative to learn and put your skills into practice. The company has high expectations — and we believe you will rise to meet them.
Mr. Shen: "Focus on New Employees — Reduce Turnover."

Mr. Shen shared his expectations from a new employee management perspective. He noted that the current turnover rate among new hires deserves serious attention — and that team leaders serve as the first line of defense in retaining new employees. He encouraged every reserve team leader to take the initiative in helping new hires grow — guiding them with patience, showing genuine care, and creating an environment where they can perform better and stay longer.
Following the addresses, all attendees gathered for a group photo to mark the occasion.

With that, the 2026 Reserve Team Leader Training Camp Opening Ceremony came to a successful close. The trainees will now move on to their first session, "Practical Daily Management and Communication Skills for Teams" — officially beginning their hands-on journey to sharpen their management capabilities. We look forward to seeing every reserve team leader gain knowledge and practical experience, and grow into outstanding leaders who can guide teams, master management, and rise to any challenge.
